What types of products does Sweet OM 971 offer?
We offer organic tropical fruits (mangoes, guavas, bananas, etc.), as well as jams, syrups, and artisanal products crafted using traditional Creole methods.
Are your products truly organic?
Absolutely! All our products are certified organic in accordance with ECOCERT standards. This certification ensures that our fruits and processed products are grown and made using organic farming methods, without pesticides or chemical products.
Are your products suitable for special diets?
Most of our products are natural and free from additives. However, we encourage you to contact us if you have specific allergies or dietary requirements.
Do you offer home delivery?
No, we do not offer home delivery. Our products are available online for Click & Collect only. Pickup options:

What are the Click & Collect processing times?
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours (business days), depending on product availability. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Simply reach out to us by WhatsApp, phone, or email. Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they have not yet been prepared for Click & Collect.
What kind of workshops do you offer?
We host hands-on workshops focused on artisanal fruit processing, jam and syrup making, discovering organic tropical fruits, and other subjects linked to agriculture and Creole craftsmanship. How do I register for a workshop?
You can sign up directly online.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants?
Our workshops are limited to 10 participants to ensure a personalized, hands-on experience.
Is it possible to visit the farm or shop?
Visits can be arranged by booking online, particularly when attending a workshop.
Do you offer gift products or gift sets?
